Overall, our experience was wonderful. The only exception is that the gym is 2200 yen per day (15 USD). and this was not noted on Orbitz website nor do i see it mentioned on their own website. It is a 10 minute walk into airport where the mass transit options are.

This property is incredibly convenient, right by terminal 3. You can get to T1 and T2 on a shuttle bus or by two train options. ( approx 5min) The check in was a bit confusing with the kiosks, but there were a lot of staff on hand to help and actually once understood, they’re quite easy to use. You can’t use apple pay though so refresh your memory regarding your credit card pin. The room was spotless and quite large by Japanese standards. The love seat had been made up into a bed for our teenage son. If we had been staying longer than one night I would have booked a seperate room for him. There are lots of eating options in the little mall attached as well as some last minute souvenir shopping and a convenience store. The hotel spa is an onsen and well worth the ¥2000. Nb it’s a bonfire Japanese onsen so you go nude. The facility is wonderful with three saunas, jacuzzis and outdoor baths. It’s open all night and you can go back as many times as you like. Wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and Onsen!
Arrived at terminal 3 and the hotel was so convenient as the hotel us connected to the terminal 3, especially we had to take a domestic flight next day. Haneda Garden (shopping area) was on the way and further which is full of amazing shops! We have stayed this hotel with Onsen tickets and we all, particularly my 7yo son loved the experience! They have everything you need (hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo, towels, pj, etc) so just bring your underwear with you. We had severe jet rug and woke up at middle of the night then decided to go to the Onsen around 2am again (they open through the night till 10am!) and enjoyed quieter yet relaxing time there. We will definitely come back again!

4 of us stayed here in 1 room for 1 night prior to an early morning flight. Not much to say other than it is an airport hotel - a very big one at that. It is all very clean, and smart appearance. The beds were the most comfortable we had while in Japan. The room was compact given it had 4 beds in it, and it had no real room for storage or even to put luggage. The bathroom only had an over bath shower which was less than ideal. It was expensive for what it was, but its location and convenience for Terminal3 was ideal.

Walkable from Terminal 3 which is such a pleasure when your flight arrives at 12am. Flying back from Haneda was easy as well. Shopping mall in the area but limited stores to take as goodies for gifts but not major stores.
