This is our second time here. Love the free shuttle. Hiro the manager let us move to a different room that can accommodate our family. We got the same room as last year. We had a hard time using the laundry service this time of the year because more people were using it but I'm happy that the service is available.

The hotel is very good, as you would expect from Hyatt Regency. The biggest complaints are menus and prices. On the face of it the menu is okay, but when the heals are delivered they're extremely small portions. More bite size than meal size. 3 tiny potatoes and a palm sized steak with a single broccoli floret is not by any sense a meal for $50. Room service menu is very limited. Floor vending machines were laregly empty and tea / coffee was miserly. The other advice, rather than complaint, is the hotel a long way from anything except Disney. It's in area that offers nothing by way of evening entertainment .

It was a great stay and I would recommend for people seeking a reasonably priced accomodation for Disneyland visits. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially, the shuttle driver went the extra mile when it came to service and friendliness. He made sure he was not leaving anyone behind when picking up hotel guests from Disneyland as the shuttle times were sparsely scheduled. One downside was not many restaurants. Even a convenience store, we had to use one from a hotel next to us. Overall, highly recommended.

We booked this hotel for one night as we arrived from overseas to Japan but we wish we would have stayed for longer. We traveled as a family, 3 adults, two small kids, and a toddler. In front of the property there is a beautiful park next to a view point of the bay, a 5min walk. We took the kids for an afternoon playground time before dinner. The hotel offers shuttle to closest train station, and even though we were not there to go to Disney, we learned they also offer shuttle to Disney park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the hotel’s concierge service to send our luggage to our next destination. If we visit Japan again and our first stop is Disney we would definitely consider staying at this hotel.
