We had a great experience at this hotel. Very clean, great amenities, nice social hour with free wine, extremely accommodating staff and nice gym. My only comment is not necessarily the hotel’s fault but taxis don’t know about the entrance to the hotel and try to pick you up outside on a busy street.

Super cool
We had the most wonderful stay at Kimpton . All the staff were super friendly and helpful . The hotel has an evening social hour where the hotel manger , Maxim made everyone welcome. The breakfast was excellent . There is also complementary drinks and energy bars until 10 am on the first floor . The location is great - close enough to Shinjuku station but somehow perfectly away from all the traffic and excessive noise . We hope to come back to Kimpton!

Great location (although first impressions were different). All the staff were super helpful especially Alessandro who went above and beyond to help us when the bullet train was out of service unexpectedly and we were not able to get to Kyoto.

The room is sterilized! Never been in a cleaner room. Hotel was modern. Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. The daily social hour was fun. I will stay here again.

Great hotel in a lively part of Tokyo. At a good distance from Shinjuku station but not too close that you are around the crowds and noise. The staff was helpful and kind. Rooms were comfortable. We appreciated the firmness of the pillows. The ambient light was better than some hotels that have too many small lights that hinders light sleepers. Great location if you want to visit the observation decks at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. Really nice hotel. Splurge for the breakfast at the hotel. Food is wonderful and the staff delightful.

I stayed in two hotels this trip, after the 1st hotel, I was regretting having to move to the Kimpton but it was the best move I could have made. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate date you. The hotel is close enough to the subway stations. There are tons of restaurants nearby. A Lawson’s & 7 eleven very close. Most of all if you don’t want to spend $120 on a cab to the airport or deal with the subway system, the airport limousine bus picks up at the Washington hotel which is about a 3 minute walk-BRILLIANT. It also drops off making the Kimpton best easiest hotel to get to without paying for a cab to and from the airport.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculate and dining options were great. This was a great introduction to Tokyo for us and the.close location to the Shinjuku station was perfect. We love the Kimpton brand and this hotel did not disappoint! Thank you for a lovely stay.
