The hotel design is great and beautiful, modern Asian fusion interior design and seems very new. The room and bathroom size are decent. Breakfast was great too. Bed size was bigger than Japan standard. Front desk staff whom I dealt with provided poor service, had no idea of our booking and kept asking for extra money whilst everything was paid for. Didn’t explained to us that we actually got breakfast as part of the room cost either so we missed out on it and we went down on our last morning wanting to pay for breakfast to be told that we’ve paid already for the whole stay. Room cleanliness was poor. Hair on the bed, in the mug, unwashed mug and a lot of stain in the bathroom black wallpaper. Restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. Shuttle bus staff are stellar, very helpful, happy and willing to help all customers.

Best property that I have stayed in, in Tokyo. Only downside that it takes around 40 minutes minimum to get anywhere inside the city. Rooms are amazing as well as the lobby.

Staff was great. Made very first trip to Japan awesome. Shuttle is also super convenient and bartender gave 2 very good dinner suggestions that we went to. Ifu Ramen & Hama Sushi! Place is more beautiful than the pictures.

Beautiful hotel, 5min walk from station which is part of the Keikyu airport line so goes straight to Haneda airport and central Tokyo. Rooms bigger than most Japanese hotel I’ve stayed at, closer to western size hotel rooms. Will deffo stay again
