Prices good and a few minutes to the Haneda with taxi or Uber. It's clean and well worth the price. Transportation to center of city is further though, but it's not bad to spend time in the subway system to have a feel of the Japanese day to day living.

The only thing I didn't like was the mattress was harder than I'd like, but I'm old. My kids in their early 20s loved it. Otherwise I would stay again. I can't wait to come back to Tokyo, I will stay here again!!!

Nice short stay…
It was a nice stay. Space is a bit small for four persons. Acommodation was surprisingly very convinient despite the size. Really accessible. Would stay there again if given the cahnce.

前泊用に便利でした
チェックインも部屋もシンプルで早朝便の前泊には役に立ちました。家族4人では破格。出発時は大雨でしたが、向かいのコンビニに待機中のタクシーが2-3台いたので飛び乗って空港へ行きました。目の前にバス停もあります。

道路に面していてこんなとこにある？ってところにありました。目の前がファミリーマートでご飯には困らなかったです。 入ると人がいなくて無人の遠隔センサーで通話でのやりとりでした。正直焦ってわかりにくかったです。でも部屋と鍵のロックナンバーを教えてもらい入ると部屋はとても洗練されててオシャレな空間でした。必要なものは揃ってていうことなしです。水回りも綺麗で使ってとても気分がよかったです。部屋はシャワーのみでした。駅からちょっと歩きますがおすすめです。
