Generally, was a nice place to stay. Whether it is 4 star standard, I have my reservations. I stayed in 3 star places that had better amenities. Handy position in Tokyo...central to plenty of places to visit. Staff were great and very helpful with all types of requests. A little annoying that the resturant and bar did not take cash payments.

This was one of my favorite hotels in my entire 2 week trip! We stayed in 4 different hotels from Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo (including the famous Imperial Hotel Tokyo) and the Nogha had a great bed, great service, fantastic restaurant in house and many more benefits and pluses. The room was small but incredibly efficient, the rain shower head was amazing and refreshing after the long days, the lobby gacha was cute and I won a free drink coin plus 10% off in the restaurant! We also had an experience where we lost a CPAP machine on a taxi we took from one hotel to the Nogha and the amazing front desk help (Naoko and another wonderful woman whose name I cannot remember) helped us by calling the taxi company, confirmed they had it, and informed them that we would be making the trip to come get it that night so it made the retrieval so much simpler. Also loved the DJ they had playing the 24-26th at the Pizza restaurant, and the restaurant was also extremely good and we enjoyed our first taste of Japanese pizza.

Room was very clean and quiet. Shower is fantastic, hot and with great water pressure. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend including the breakfast in your stay, the meals are great but the buffet salad and fruit in particular were a welcome start to make sure we were hydrated and got a fresh start to each day of walking.

Had a very nice stay and would be happy to stay here again. It can be a little bit difficult to find. I would suggest going to the APA hotel close by and looking up for a newer building; that is hotel. We did not take advantage of the available amenities so no comments on them. The room was fairly large for Tokyo. It was winter, and I found the room a little warm for my taste. I had to turn on AC which I expect really was just turning off heat. Front desk was very responsive and helpful. Location great!
