Great Hotel Location Situated in the Marunouchi district, Oakwood Premier Tokyo enjoys a prime location near Tokyo Station. This central location provides easy access to transportation, including the Shinkansen (bullet train), local trains, and subways. It’s also close to major attractions like the Imperial Palace, Ginza shopping district, and the vibrant neighborhoods of Nihonbashi and Akihabara. Accommodation The rooms and apartments at Oakwood Premier Tokyo are spacious and elegantly designed, featuring contemporary decor with a minimalist Japanese aesthetic. Each unit is equipped with high-quality amenities, including a fully functional kitchen, washer/dryer, and luxurious bedding. The views from the higher floors offer stunning glimpses of the city skyline, making the stay even more impressive. Food The complimentary breakfast they offer is minimal, yet tasty. While they don’t have a restaurant on sight its location next to the Tokyo Station makes it easy to get around to different food options. You can also Uber to restaurants nearby which cost less than $10usd. Overall a great place to stay with a staff that makes you feel welcome and appreciated.

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed here several times already because the staff are excellent and provide superb assistance. The rooms have a kitchen, washing machine, and even a small dining/living area, which I love. It makes me feel at home. Thank you very much especially Ishi san and Haruka san. You are the best!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Premier and definitely recommend to our friends and family. The hotel was very centrally located and the hotel is very nicely appointed. The staffs were all very warm and welcoming unlike other hotels in Japan. We regret not staying longer.

The room is big in Tokyo standard. It's new and clean and very close to Tokyo station which is excellent for travelling anywhere within Tokyo or outskirt of Tokyo. There are 24-hour Lawson on the ground floor of the building and so many restaurants to choose. Shopping in Daimaru is also a good experience. The gym is excellent. Continental breakfast is adequate. One last thing I need to mention is their front desk service. It's one of the best service I have had in Japan (with the high standard of Japan.) The staff are always smiling and they gone out of the way to help you solve problems. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I visit Tokyo

This hotel is in a fantastic location, it's just one minute from Tokyo Station! This means it's close to food, transportation, shopping and other amenities. The staff was extremely kind and helpful during our stay, and were so welcoming to our young daughter.

We stayed for one night before heading to Kanazawa. The room was fantastic - clean, comfortable and roomy. The staff was also great - very helpful and friendly. Very close to Tokyo Station and its amazing amount of restaurants. Great for transportation and a nice, chill break. We'd stay here again for more nights.

Bad check-in experience
As a hotels.com gold member I’m entitled to ask if there is a possible room upgrade. Considering before I arrived on the check-in date I received an email from your property to ask whether I would like to upgrade my room with an additional fee (which I didn’t). At the check in I asked the staff member if there was an upgrade available not only he says my current rook is sufficient for one person and talked me out of an upgrade but he didn’t even confirm if there was a room available for an upgrade. Disappointing experience
