For the price range, this is one of the absolute best hotels in Tokyo. It scores high in every category - cleanliness, neighborhood, transportation convenience, amenities, service, etc. This is going to sound like a paid-for review but just Google this chain and you will see similar sentiments.
Firstly, it's in the heart of Asakusa and literally a 5 minute distance away from Senso-ji if you're looking to get there at the crack of dawn. Despite being deep in a tourist destination neighborhood, it's surprisingly quiet at night. Of course it's close to the two Asakusa stations - which aren't the most convenient lines, but still very close to city center. The rooms are small but clean and have all the things you need, and the breakfast is extremely good, especially if you're looking for traditional Japanese fare.
However, the real selling point of this place is the onsite onsen/bathing facility. The convenience of being able to go directly from room to onsen barefoot in your sleepclothes (or the hotel-provided loungewear) simply cannot be overstated. Not only are most onsens and sentos (public bathhouses) in Tokyo not open early, but here you don't even have to leave the hotel! Hitting up the onsen first thing in the morning wakes you up like nothing else and going to the bath daily or even twice a day will have a dramatic effect on your pain recovery after walking around all day, trust me on this one. This location even provides free yakults and ice cream!
