Pros - Staff were kind and professional. Cons- room had bad smell, carpets were badly stained, washroom was not clean with traces of blood splatter, Loads of Dust accumulation on desk and in drawer where wifi router is stored, dust under the mattresses

Great value , great view , great location.

Our room had a great view of Tokyo SkyTree and Pagoda at Senso Ji temple. Great location for exploring Asakusa, price was much better than many alternatives.

Conveniently located in the heart of Asukusa, Richmond is walking distance from Sensoji Temple and the stall and street markets for all clothing, food, and souvenir needs. Close to Asakusa station. With the 24-hour Donki Asakusa and 711 closeby, you can take advantage of your jetlag if any. Loved our view of the Skytree and Sensoji and the courteous staff. Bought their very comfortable hotel pajamas for adults and kids! Highly recommend.

The staffs were extremely courteous and helpful. They go the extra miles even to help you with luggages to the street and taxis. They also helped reserved taxi transport to the airport and talked to the driver in Japanese the airport and terminal to drop us off.

Best Hotel with Spa Showers

We enjoyed our Second stay here. We would definitely stay here again. Only a block away from Nakamise street and it was close to the hotel for the limousine bus for transport to the airport. It was also close to Senso-ji buddhist temple, about a block away. Great restaurants and shopping in the area, Don Quijote store. We loved the spa shower and toliets.

We loved the location. Don quijote and Uniqlo are right next to the building. Area is very vibrant and happening. Semsoji temple is very very near. We felt that room was too small for a family of 3. Double bed what they claim is big enough for 3 and it is clearly not.
