Best location to everything you need. Great for first timers in Tokyo. Next to huge LIFE market for groceries. Next to metro, buses, and taxis. Some staff not the best. Our 6th stay here due to how much we love the location.

Hotel staff can sometimes be difficult to communicate with if you don’t have Google translate. This is our 6th time staying at the hotel because of the extremely convenient location to the metro, Disneyland direct bus, shopping, dining, and markets. Connects directly to a large LIFE market where you can buy anything you need from food to housewares. Simple, clean, but sometimes staff can be unpredictable. Breakfast buffet is the same everyday, every year. Never changes but it’s a good deal if you purchase with your stay. We will try the newer Richmond Keisi directly across from this hotel above the Kura sushi restaurant next time. This stay was a bit disappointing from prior due to how staff handled situations brought to their attention- bugs in room the first leg of our trip and second leg of trip when we returned A/C not working so we had to change rooms late at night. Despite small issues, we would still stay again due to convenience of location and all the surroundings. Location can’t be beat.

I actually booked this hotel because of it being close to the SkyTree and across the street from the Subway/Train line. My daughters and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. The hotel is very clean and the room was pretty. I wish I was able to book a bigger room, but I assume those fill up fast. It was myself and my 17 and 8 year old. We were spending 15 days in Japan so we had a lot of luggage, too much. The hotel staff was so kind and accommodating. I got the breakfast package and we had the breakfast buffet each morning we were there before setting out for the day. Right downstairs is a supermarket and right around the corner is so much shopping, the sky tree, an aquarium, a curious George themed restaurant, 7eleven, so much within a 3-5 minute walk.

This property is fantastic. Right next to Oshiage station (use exit B3), next to Skytree mall with plenty of shops, the hotel is very nice, staff are amazing, and the breakfast is definitely worth it. Water pressure is super strong (you can adjust the pressure), made me wish we could get pressure like this in the States!

The location for this property cannot be beat, it is right next to a train station and the sky tree with many options for shopping and dining in the area. The room was quite small, but typical for Tokyo for 4 people. The breakfast was decent and the staff was very friendly and spoke good English.

Great hotel in a great location

This was a really good hotel. Probably the best out of my entire Japan trip (and we stayed at 6 different locations). Staff was attentive and so very polite. The rooms were very big and spacious. It is located right across the street from the Skytree and connected to Life (supermarket). 7-11 is a 5 minute walk away, Asakusa is a very easy 20 minute walk. I really can't say enough good things about this hotel.

This place is amazing. I don't think I have ever stayed at a hotel with rooms that include a sauna and an "onsen" style hot tub. Great customer service and super friendly. Their share lounge was an added plus to the whole experience. 100% recommend.

This was literally the best choice! We also have a 3 year old toddler and this hotel was honestly best location. Across the street from Skytree mall! Grocery store underneath! Kura sushi across the street and train station! What more can you ask for? We booked a double room for the 3 of us and it was more than enough room. The room is pretty standard sized compared to most hotels in Japan. If you want rooms that are “American sized” suggest booking Hilton, Sheraton, InterContinential. We’re also light/minimal travelers especially to Japan because we can always purchase what you forgot here. The only downside is that you will need to walk about 15-20min to Asakusa (or train) and Ueno for other attractions. We highly suggest this location.
