Clean and comfortable bedding, helpful and friendly staff, fantastic location with plenty of shopping and dining options. Easy access to and from Narita airport via train. Definitely recommend this hotel.

My first time in Japan. I love the hotel and its user friendliness. No frills. Located besides a huge shopping mall and the Oshiage train station, it provides easy connectivity throughout Tokyo. A serene area without the hustle and bustle of Shibuya and Shinjuku. Staff are very friendly and approachable and willing to go the extra mile for you.

Nice location next to skytree and nearby mall. The staff at check in seemed boutique young snobs and the restaurant was subpar. Don’t get the breakfast buffet. Tiny and not that great. Convince to metro and getting around. Would stay again

Property was clean and comfortable. The property being attached to a decent sized grocery store is very convenient. The hotel is just one crossing away from Tokyo Solamachi, a large and reasonably diverse shopping mall with many clothing, souvenir, specialty food stores, a slightly smaller food court as well as restaurants on ths upper levels. Hotel staff were helpful and polite, not that I've ever had bad hotel service in Japan fortunately. The Sizzler restaurant where breakfast is served is pretty standard fare for restaurants in Japan, felt perhaps a little lacking in options but the quality was good.

Excellent transport links to anywhere in Tokyo, lovely walk by Sumida River to all the local parks, temples , restaurants and shops. Staff were sp courteous, polite and very helpful. Also really enjoyed the shared lounge space.
