Clean triple room. Staff happy to hold bags wile in other cities as we were booked to come back, great lockup area! Good cheaper indian restaurant underneath, with a 711 onsite. Undercover walk to Shinjuku station, just be aware its a good 20min walk!

Our room was like a run down hot box with zero ventilation. The ac didn’t work which we shouldn’t need in the winter, scuff marks all over the walls, an elevator running the entire time. Worst stay of our Japan trip!
