基本的には快適に過ごせました。 東京オペラシティでのコンサートへ行くのが旅の目的だったので、新宿駅とコンサートホールの間にあるという立地も大変助かりました。 朝食ビュッフェも堪能しました！ 客室の床に少し前の方のゴミが落ちていたのが気になりましたが、個人的にはまあ許容範囲かな、という程度です。

Everything was fine, stayed for a few days and was always very good for location. Room was very hot during our December stay, was uncomfortable to sleep in with air-conditioning on (sat around 25-27 degrees Celsius)

We found the property to be in a nice area, easy to get to and from Shinjuku station. The rooms are small but have everything you need. Unfortunately the temperature in the room can not be controlled, and it gets very hot. Separetion between rooms is very thin, and you can hear everything thats going on in tthe adjusent room. Overall I will stay here again as there is more positive then negative and price is good.

This was my second time staying at the hotel after 28 years. I recall the dining area on the first (third?) floor is the same bland place. The food was fine for an overnight traveler. The staff was courteous. I hope some capital investment be made to make the place . For my room, located at the end of the hallway, the temperature was not controllable. I had to use the portable heater as the night temperature was pretty low on the 11th floor.
