Don't arrive at check in time or you will queue
Budget hotel. Premium 'bayside' room had an bad view and balcony is locked. Awful 3pm check in system whereby I arrived at 2:50pm, went to the desk to be checked in. They checked passports etc and then said wait aside your room will be ready at 3pm. At 3pm the staff shout and everyone runs to the computers to carry out self check in and repeat the process to get your room key. Never experienced this before.

Location was close to the train stations and there’s convenience stores close by but not a lot of other food options on the surrounding area since it’s like a business district. The hotel is clean and offers limousine bus pick up to the airport. The temperature inside the room however was too warm despite setting the temp to 68 F.

Great for 1-2 night stay. Good location. Easy access to monorail and train. Walking distance to Ariake Garden shopping mall. A few stops away from Daiba. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Hotel has a lawsons on the 2nd floor. Overall good facilities and room amenities but room 922 is a little run down and needs updating. Also this was a non smoking room and it had smoke smell. Needed to keep both ac and fan to air it out.

Chose this hotel for proximity to cruise port. Would not choose for another stay simply because it’s a very quiet and limited neighborhood. Hotel is nice, but room was very cramped and oddly laid out.

A quieter part of Tokyo but easily accessible vis public transport . I had a premium room, very comfortable and the hotel is in a good position for activities around Tokyo Bay. I really enjoyed the breakfast, good quality and plenty of variety!
