I choose this hotel as is near the dialysis centre for a family member.walkiing to Ikebukuro train station is also easily accessible. One day when rain heavily, we get to shop at sunshine city mall without leaving the area, which is a bonus for tourists.

This was a very convenient hotel close to everything. Lots to do if the weather is not great. Lots of shopping and close to train stations. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Front desk staff is bad. I asked for 2 more pillows in person at the front desk. The lady staff told me to go back to my room because they will take it for me right away. I waited for 90 minutes, no one came. I called to the front desk. A male staff said the pillows will come right away. But within half a minute, he called back and told me they DO NOT HAVE any spare pillows. I got angry. He just said SORRY no matter what I said. I insisted to talk to his manager. He hang up. After a minute, he called and said the pillows will come right away. Two pillows came after 5 minutes.

We had a great time here. Complimentary upgraded room. The buffet was good quality, well labeled, and expansive. Rooms were clean. Location is fantastic. Highly recommend! The only caveat is that if you have a lot of luggage and dont want to use luggage transfer, you might have a sweaty time getting to public transit. Take the limo bus to and from the airport if you can.

This was my second time staying here but first as a solo traveler. Felt super comfortable and safe as a single woman traveling alone. It’s such a great location with so much to do around, was able to get a bus straight there from Haneda airport. I was worried about the heat but thankfully room had a plug in air conditioning unit it which definitely helped. Used to laundry services as well which were always busy but were good.

We stayed here the first night in Tokyo and the last night in Tokyo. We utilized the limousine bus service to get to and from Haneda. Very convenient. The hotel staff was great and the room was wonderful. Very clean, cool (after a hot day of walking). Shower was nice and hot with full water pressure. Nice view of the city as well. Kobini located in the lobby was nice too! Lots of variety and options to walk to the Sunshine center to eat or shop etc. I would definitely recommend this place!
