I stayed for 16 days and our stay was comfortable enough. I would say after 10 days you’re looking for your own comfortable bed lol as it’s a very long trip but this is what works best for us. The staff as always they are professional, knowledgeable, quick to assist on what they can. Easy to communicate and they do have some staff that speaks English. I would highly recommend staying and would come back again.

We really enjoy staying at this hotel. The location is very quiet but also convenient. It takes about 10 minutes walk to Asakusa station but the whole way lines with stores and restaurants.

Excellent service and very quiet. This hotel is walking distance from Sensoji Temple and all the shopping centers of Asakusa. Delicious food is walking diatance from there. We loved our stay.

We lived there for 11 nights. Location wasn’t too bad. It’s quiet but still a bit far away from metro stations. When you get tired after a trip in daytime, it’s a challenge to move your body and two kids back to hotel. Cleanliness can reach A-. Clean cups weren’t replaced everyday. Single large beds are big enough for sleeping with two Asian adults. Love it for our family with 4 members. Last but not least, the hotel staff finds no booking record when checking in. But I appreciated how they react and rearrange at their best.

Wonderful stay, great service!
It was a lovely hotel, walking distance to many great sites including the Senso-ji temple. Our room was a good size (Queen bed), had many amenities including slippers, robes, and downstairs there is an area where you get items you may need (toothbrush, washcloth, coffee/tea machine, razors, etc.). The guest service there was wonderful as they were very friendly, professional, and helpful (particularly when I needed to have tickets sent to hotel for an event). Appreciate everything they did and the wonderful experience we had, we bookended our trip their and both stays were great.
