This was the first hotel where I felt I was treated differently. The staff treated who looked “western” with friendly hospitality and would go out of their way to show it too. For a 4-star hotel the room that we stayed in had stains on the carpet and curtains that were very visible. The shower head was outdated and the hooks were cracked and we saw black mold in the shower. For the price that we paid I would not recommend or return.

Excellent location and service! The entrance is little bit confused if you arrive late in night time. The reception is on 24/F. The entrance on ground floor and underpass is very small! Once you get used the environment, it is very convenient.

Good point is the closeness to the Metro and JR lines. The Ginza district is also nearby. The downside is finding the right exit closest to the hotel when leaving the various Metro / JR lines. At ground level it should be more clearly signposted that the hotel starts at the 24th floor of the building.

The location was great, very convenient. Staff were polite but not warm. Wasn’t too happy when they couldn’t accommodate my request for a 1 hour check-out extension.

Decent for Tokyo
Decent hotel at reasonable price in a very expensive location. Many shops, restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk

Great location, a few minutes walk from Shimbashi. High end look. Smaller but comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Asking about a drugstore to the concierge, was given vague and incorrect information. That should be improved. Overall, a very good value.
