Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Some of the breakfast buffet staff were grumpy,I expect that in other countries but not Japan. 2 mornings they ran out of maple syrup for the pancakes.

Fancy lobby, room is ok
Fancy looking lobby, but room size is ok, one side of the bed is against the wall which is a dislike, table and chairs are plus, bathroom is normal size, location is near the Tokyo sky tree, near one of the metro station, lot of convenience stores around, food choices for restaurants are ok.

We have stayed more than 10 days while in Tokyo. We enjoyed our staying. Staff members are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great! The view to Skytree was amazing.

This hotel is so fun! The location couldn’t be better. Not far from a train station and the Skytree, this place is a walkers delight. We just happened to be there during the Sumida Street Jazz Festival. Can’t wait to visit again!

Fantastic view of Skytree late at night when it was lit up. The trains that are in the area are great and convenient for travelling especially transferring after a couple of stops to get on the Yamanote Line. Loved how they have the LUUP Scooters/Bikes right outside of the entrance.

Excellent front office staff, always courteous, friendly and right there to assist and help in any requests or needs. Excellent housekeeping staff-room was "always" clean whenever we returned back to the room each day. Will definitely return to this hotel next year (2025).

I felt a bit duped, as I entered our room. The photos online make the rooms appear modern but in fact were quite old. There were cracks in the tiles of the shower. We were a party of three but were only provided two towels daily. We’d ask for an extra towel and they would take it away during cleaning. It was a bit frustrating for five nights to deal with this. Additionally, they mistook our son’s blanket as part of their linens and it was a scramble for them to look through the laundry to return it to us. If not for the location and the surrounding amenities, I would have rated this hotel a 2.

Location is amazing! There are three close by convenience stores. The 7-11 store in front of the hotel has an ATM machine. It is close to a train and bus station. There is a shopping center less than a minute away that has Uniqlo and Daiso. I love how the hotel is part of the good friendly neighborhood program for Tokyo. This would mean they do have buses that can drop you off and pick you up from and to the airport and to Disneyland. The airport transportation is not free and not booked via hotel. However, the Disneyland shuttle bus is free but needs to have a schedule placed by the receptionist.
