I've stayed here a few times and the staff are great always friendly and helpful. The facilities are well maintained and the location is convenient with easy access to both Haneda and Narita airports, bonus access to Tokyo Disney as well. Kinshicho station is nearby and there are many dining and shopping options as well.

Staff was courteous and very helpful. Chose the hotel because the airport limousine drops off and picks up. In a nice area - away from the busy areas of Tokyo but close to subway, JR and bus stations.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've stayed here several times and they remember me. The hotel is also very easy to get to from both Haneda and Narita. Kinshicho station is nearby and there are great dining and shopping nearby. I'll return soon.
