Direct limo bus stop from Haneda. Breakfast buffet nice. Staff spoke English and service awesome. Train station nearby. 7-11 across the street. A variety of restaurants nearby. This hotel has an exceptional breakfast buffet. For those that are anxious to spend an entire day in Tokyo, or doing day trips via the Shinkansens, this hotel’s breakfast buffet will give you the energy you need to start a long day. Also, there are more than enough places to shop for anything and everything. The best part is that the hotel is a five minute walk from Kinshicho station. I give it 5 stars.

Beautiful hotel at good location next to subway station for convenient commute, shopping malls and numerous eateries… Close to Tokyo Skytree of which one side of the hotel has an amazing views especially at night. Clean rooms, quality toiletries. The only downside of the hotel is the breakfast, which is decent but the same every single day with no alterations…

They charged me extra 2,000 yen for checking in earlier than 3pm which is not right. I had stay at the other 3 hotels in Narrita airport, Osaka and Kyoto, and I did check in early in all 3 of those hotels but they didn’t charge me anything at all. The sofa bed that we had is very dusty and it seems like they never clean it. The bathroom does not look clean either. I am very disappointed for the following: 1/ charge extra 2,000 yen for early check in 2/ room is not that clean and very dusty 3/ bathroom does not clean either. I like the service since all staff are very nice. This hotel need to renovate to make it look nicer and cleaner.

Each time I am in Tokyo this is my first choice of accommodation this is my 3rd stay with this hotel. The rooms are decent size, daily house keeping is nice, staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient being mins from a major station, parks near by perfect for morning runs and late night strolls. The only down side is the noise from the train station and the hotel does show some age.

Nice hotel in Tokyo. Very close to train station and shopping malls. Room was a decent size for 2 people. Didnt experience the food because we dined out all.the time. We had breakfast once and it was pretty standard continental.

This was an excellent hotel to stay at. We spent 9 nights with all that Tokyo has to offer in very close proximity. The train station is a short 5 minute walk with an excellent shopping precinct and just a 20 minute walk to Tokyo Skytree. We cannot recommend the location of this hotel more highly. Attention to cleanliness was outstanding and room size for Tokyo above average.
