Very convenient, many dining options even for late arrival. Facilities is well maintained. Great view of the Sky Tower. Breakfast was good, had many healthy choices. A nice shopping mall close by and metro station closed by. Will definitely stay here again.

the location is great as it is close to JR station and several shopping location, and being a stop for Airport Limousine Buses. However, the facility is a little outdated. Nevertheless it was still a great experience.

Second Times a Charm!
This was my second stay at Tobu Levant and it reminded me why I loved my first stay so much. The property is elegant and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the location is incredible. The coffee shop across the street rocks! I love this hotel and will be staying here for future Japan trips. :)

This was a great hotel and I’ll definitely come back! We appreciated the staff so much because they looked for our lost phone for us when my friend realized she had left it behind. They were so kind about it! We had a great view and enjoyed the amenities. Only thing to note, if you want a washer and dryer for clothes, you’ll have to go to the nearby laundry mat, they don’t have machines in the hotel.

The staff was excellent, They spoke english well and was very helpful in sending our luggage to the next hotel. They helped us navigate the subway/train system to get around Tokyo. The breakfast buffet selections were great and the food tasted good. They also grow their own veggies hydroponic they had it growing in the breakfast buffet restaurant. Rooms are small but we had the Sky Tower View so that was nice. Shops and restaurants are close by or you could dine in the Hotel. The location is not close to all the sight seeing places so you got to plan your day/nights well. The subways are crowded so avoid rush hours. Stores in Japan most open at 10 am, the fish markets open early so plan accordingly. It's as nice hotel not much happening at night but quiet.
