The property is wonderful clean and the bath is great. The staff was accommodating respectful and diverse. Food was great and I would definitely return. However as a person of color please be prepared to experience HEAVY racism from the locals (guests) staying at the property NOT the staff. I want to say this explicitly the staff is/was/are wonderful as a whole from the front desk to the hostesses, to the bell men, and house keepers. Everyone is respectful and great.

Beautiful property. Shower was great. Rooms are small. Delicious breakfast with good selection. We had dinner couple nights at the hotel restaurant because we really enjoyed the wagyu beef dish. The hotel is not close to any attractions but close to Shiomi station. I highly recommend the hotel. We had a wonderful time.

The hotel itself was very nice, had a laundry room for guests to use for a fee. The breakfast was nice although quite a bit pricey. Very family friendly as they had a large assortment of rental items for children and a small children’s play room. My complaint is the overall location, is that there is nothing within walking distance to do. No parks, no shops, no nightlife whatsoever. The subway was across the street so a quite walk but it made it nearly impossible to plan more than one or two close activities close together because going back to your hotel to rest was really out of the way. Good if your exclusively going to Disney but otherwise I’d avoid this area.

I’m love its close proximity to the train station! Many dining options around the area. Property is very clean, modern and have decent number of amenities. I love that they have a laundry room in the property. Only 14 minutes to Tokyo Disney Resort! We will definitely come back!

Great location. Very welcoming and easy to navigate. This hotel is huge. The breakfast buffet is tasty. There is a built in family market convenience store and it is very convenient.

The aesthetics of this property is beautiful and has a modern-feel to it. It was well-decorated. The lobby/lounge area is also spacious and the outdoor space was an added bonus, especially in the cool autumn weather. In terms of the location, it was quite far from retail shops and Tokyo attractions, although since it's across the street from a train station, there is a grocery store, a few restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance. One of the convenient stores is located within the hotel so you can access it without exiting the building. The hotel also has a breakfast buffet, offering Japanese and Western dishes, which we enjoyed. Dinner was also available but we didn't dine at the restaurant. The room itself was more spacious than the usual one-bed hotel rooms we stayed at. There were several pillows on the bed which I loved and a nice couch of sorts to sit or lay on. Bathroom was typical Japanese style with the toilet separate from the bathing area. I have to comment that the water pressure was amazing! TV was a smart tv. Our floor had a vending machine for drinks at the end of the hall as well as an ice machine. It was great that it was easily accessible. Customer service was good; no complaints. A fitness room and a washer/dryer were also available.
