The hotel was good, there is a lot to do around the hotel and was often pretty busy. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed anything. Tokyo Dome Hotel is a nice place to stay.

The check-in and check-out process went smoothly and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were a good size and I had a great view of Tokyo Dome City. The hotel is right next to two train stations so makes it convenient to get around town.

Do you want to ruin your japan hotel experience? Book this now! Worst service. Do you want to pay for a premium room that has a separate check-in, but be directed to a machine instead? Stay with tokyo dome hotel. Concierge, bell boy, check in staff were all the worst i have experienced in japan. Aren’t japanese hotels the best? Yes, if you take this hotel out. Toilet smelled like urine, no wifi, and guess what they do. They send a person to your room at 11:30pm to stand around and confirm that you were right, and leave

The room size is amazing, specially for Japan. The staff is everything you would expect and more. So many options of what to do, close to subway, lots of restaurants around. I would not eat at the buffet, the food was good, and with all the options around….other than the breakfast and dinner buffet, everything else you pay for is really good.

Great place to stay, I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and the staff that run it. Only thing I can think of saying besides that, is to make sure you're okay with lots of people and other travelers because this place and the surrounding area are pretty busy. I would definitely recommend.
