This was my first time in Tokyo and I loved this hotel, mostly due to cleanliness and location. The only reason it’s 4 stars is because the room was hot and stuffy and the a/c didn’t work very well.

The hotel was very convenient due to the location from the train station, only a few mins walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The size of the rooms is great and includes a washer and dryer. The hotel also offers free amenities such as toothbrush, body sponge, razor among others. The hotel is conveniently located a few yards away from Shibuya Sky and has a Family Mart and Lawson next to it. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again when I visit Tokyo! Thank you Tokyu Stay!

It was so nice to have a washer/dryer machine in the room. Since it was very hot & humid in Tokyo, we sweated a lot everyday. I was very happy to be able to wash those sweaty clothes in the room!

Great location in a quiet street, but a quick walk to Shibuya Sky, the crossing and the shopping. Loved that there was a combini close by and a cafe for breakfast in the morning. Big plus having a washer/dryer in the room. Very handy in the hot, humid weather we had in July.
