Room was not the cleanest with a visible blood stain on the duvet cover, small bugs in the bathroom, and obvious spots on the far side of the bed that was not clean. Additionally the room where the elevators are located are within the same room that leads to the smoking room and the smell is bad for anyone who is sensitive to smoke.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. I got a room with a washer/dryer. The dryer was a little touchy but it did work. The bed was fairly comfortable and the room itself was quiet. I chose the hotel due to its location and I would probably stay there again. It is a smaller hotel though so it is unlikely you will be able to get late checkout.

location is good , but all other aspects are dissappointing. they have only minimum cleaning service-just take away trash and change towels. nothing else. the WORST thing -staff do not understand English - the shift as of Oct11-12th. they speak, but they do not understand what are you talking-i ordered taxi and was waiting in the lobby, noticed the taxi driver that was trying to explain to receptionist that he cant make the left turn and stopped just two steps away on the main street. Nobody came to me -i asked them whether it was my taxi-the lady told me that he will come to the entrance. i was waiting for 5 minutes -nothing happened . so i took my luggage and went to this taxi . never will book with this chain

Lovely and clean hotel, warm welcome from the staff. Convenient location as it has two nearby train stations and bus stops. The breakfast option gives you access to a variety of local cafes and a food court with multiple options.

My only issue was the smell. I chose a non smoking room, but in the elevator, first floor near the elevator, and my room, it smelled like cigarettes. Especially when the ac was running.

Stop searching! This hotel is located in a lively area where you can get breakfast and/opr lunch from street stalls, in an area quiet at night. Anywhere is reachable in Tokyo. Plus, and I can't emphasize this enough, the rooms have a washer/dryer machine. Amazing! This IS my hotel in Tokyo, period.

Has a washer-dryer in the room which is perfect as it means you can bring fewer changes of clothes. Location is excellent , right beside to Tsukiji fish market so there are stalls selling fresh food (more than just fish) every morning right on your doorstep

Good location for Tsukiji Fish Market, and a 5 minute walk to the subway station. Staff are very helpful and polite, and room was clean. There was a washer and dryer in the room, which was amazing to have.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Very central location, 1 min walk to Tsukiji outer market where you can sample local delicacies, fresh seafoods, produce etc. 3 subway stations nearby, all within 5 to 10 mins walk. Staff very friendly and helpful.
