“Queen” beds were actually double beds. The hot tub was way too hot - we couldn’t put more than our feet in even after minutes of trying. Then two men came into the pool area with beer and just sat around drinking. Then around 10:00 at night, there were people getting loud, stomping around seemingly nonstop and crashing into furniture and this went on for at least an hour and kept my family from sleeping. In the morning when I walked past a room on our floor, there was a large, empty bottle of some kind of liquor. Very disappointing experience. When I checked out, I wanted to let someone know about the noise but the lady at the desk never once asked about our stay or if we had a good night. She only asked if I wanted a receipt. Clearly didn’t care.

Nice but lots of peripheral noise
The hotel was nice, Clean and well maintained. I downgraded it because the rooms seemed to lack ANY soundproofing and you heard every door shut, conversation and tv in adjacent rooms. This was very disappointing.

Smelled perfumy
This place has a bad smell fragrancy i couldnt stand it . Other than that its 10 out of 10 but bc it smells like cleaner perfume i give it a 3 and its always holiday inn expresss. Mariott bonvoy and courtyard never have smells like this

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The lobby is beautiful. My room was spacious and welcoming. I loved the chair in the room with table. The air conditioning worked well. The room was immaculate and bathroom as well. I will be back. Truly felt like a nice vacation.

Felt like a new hotel. Exceptionally clean and great service. Very good selection and quality of food for free breakfast, and coffee was surprisingly good.
