The service was great. The staff tried to help us out with our questions. The breakfast was OK - very simple Japanese food. The room is very small. We had a two-single bed room, and it was hard to find space to put our cases in the room.

Hotel for late flight
I chose this hotel as it has a cheap price (as compared to the hotels in Sapporo for a Saturday night) and is along the way to Lake Toya for the following day. I'm presently surprised that this hotel is in good condition even though it is in a quiet town with almost no tourist. As with any Japanese business hotel, expect that the room and bathroom to be quite small.

ダブルベットのダブルルームを予約しましたけれど、セミダブルベッドのルームをもらって、変更できないといわれた。 ここはセミダブルしかありませんけれどサイトで全部ダブルを書いてますので、本当に小さいくて2人で狭くて寝ませんでした。 部屋内、備品も1人前だけ準備して、スタッフに伝えて出掛けても戻る時まだ2人分変更してありませんでした。 そんなに体験は本当に初めて会いました。 また二度と来ない。
