We booked the most haunted room for my husbands birthday. We were so excited to stay in that room! After weeks of waiting we arrived to the hotel and were told the room wasn’t available even though they had sent us several emails confirming we would have that room. It was such a bummer.Instead they put us in the Teddy Rosevelt room. The bed skirt had a giant yellow stain on it. The light fixture had cobwebs all over it which is disappointing considering we paid extra to have a suite. Overall just a really disappointing trip

Very quaint and charming ! It’s like stepping into the past. The hotel itself is very nicely renovated and updated. The hotel restaurant is two thumbs down in service and food.

I don't like giving bad reviews but our stay here was pretty disappointing. Staff seemed indifferent, cleanliness was abysmal, room was tiny for what I paid for. They were also renovating on the floor we stayed on. The floor was covered in masking paper and just added to our overall discomfort. There's also only one ice machine on the ground level right next to door leading into the greasy looking kitchen. Its a restaurant style machine with a big door you open to reach your hand inside with a scoop that sits next to machine out in the open. Didn't seem very sanitary. We stayed here the weekend leading up to Halloween so, naturally there were Halloween festivities and Halloween party held in front of the hotel. That was half the reason we came that particular and all of that was fine. However, the place was trashed the next day. I used the bathroom on the ground level next to the aforementioned ice machine. There was trash all over the floor, beer bottles left on the back of the toilet, even a pair of underwear balled up in the corner. I didn't use the bathroom early in the morning before staff could attend to it. This was in the afternoon. I really wanted to like this place but it was just a huge disappointment. So much so that we left a night early.

My wife and I and two other couples booked the weekend of 10/29/24 - 11/2/24. We checked in and were given room 402 which is fine but..... i have severe lung issues and the elevater ride up the first time was perfect but unfortunatly that was the only time we could take the elevator because it was not working. The up and down 4 flights by taking the stairs was a real feat for me and having to stop to catch my breath every flight up got old after the first day. I was told they were booked so i couldnt change rooms but for the price i paid for 2 days was steep, dont get me wrong i love the hotel and staff, but the almost 700 for two days i think they should have made some sort of effort to remedy the elevator issue. I know there were several people with disabilities that were complaining about the issue as well. The hotel os beautiful and a great step into history and i do not want to deter anyone from enjoying the establishment for themselves. My only advise is if you have a disability check about the elevator or request a 1st or 2nd floor room.

Go on business to Bisbee about once a week this is my usual go to hotel, nice old school Victorian style rooms, this room had an unusually small shower in it, the tv has free channels only, but u can easily steam to it via Your phone.

This is a wonderful old hotel with many original touches like a second floor mezzanine with couches and a piano. Although it could have benefitted with a little more ambiance in lighting and perhaps soft music. The rooms are very authentic and made me feel like I was Wyatt Earp staying over on my way to Tombstone. Also a terrific old dining room with a great dinner and breakfast. A great starting point for a walk to the endless staircases of Bisbee.

We came for Sidepony music festival as performing musicians. Copper Queen is so convenient for walking the town and enjoying multiple venues. Our room was comfortable and we love the atmosphere. I do wish for as much money as the musicians bring in to the town of Bisbee for that weekend, a musician discount would be offered as we have so many travels expenses and play the music for free. I don't know why the restaurant wasn't open on Friday evening. The restaurant could improve it's service, although the food was good.

There was no one at the front desk even though we checked in at the prearranged time. The room itself was charming and furnished with antiques. The elevator did not work (apparently it has been inoperable for 2 months) and we had to schlep our suitcases up a long staircase. We weren't there to watch TV, but it's a good thing because the TV did not work. It was pricey for a property with the mentioned issues.
