The staff were not very helpful. The hotel was clean, but very dated. The tub /shower combination was very difficult to use and the water was not contained in the tub area.

The view was amazing and the area is fantastic. There is no A/C in the apartments as advertised on Expedia and there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room.

Lovely ocean view. However, the rooms have poor ventilation. It was super hot during the nights too.

studio sea view room for 2 nights. Requested a high up room and got one on 13th floor near the top of the hotel. Amazing harbour and sea views. Window is same width as the room. Had an issue with the windows not closing, reported it the next day and it was fixed the next day. No issues the next night. Big room with kitchenette. Also big bathroom with wall to wall marble tiling. Walls are thin and can hear noise from other rooms. It's a very handy location for going on the boat to the Cies and other islands as you take the boat from the boat docks near the hotel.

Great location and lovely hotel
Great hotel..spacious, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and across the road from the ferry port which made our trip to the Ilse's of Cies super easy and it's just a few minutes away from some wonderful plaza's.

Lovely views
Hotel in need of some refurbishment but there appears to be some going on. We had a studio with kitchen facilities but it wasn’t really fully equipped as there were no tea making facilities. Breakfast was adequate with nice bread but poor coffee machine. Our toilet wasn’t working properly a dit took a couple of reminders to get it fixed. We were on the 13th floor so had a lovely view over the bay but people in the apartment above were extremely noisy until 3 a.m.

Hotel great but Vigo is not ready for tourists.
Hotel was great - no problems. Staff were very obliging. Vigo is not ready for tourists though. If you don't speak good Spanish you will have difficulty. Attractions and areas of interest are difficult to find or are closed at crazy times. The locals are great but facilities are very much oriented towards the home market. Restaurants of all varieties are easy to find and staff are generally helpful.

THE property needs some rejuvenation. Beautiful view from restaurant but not capitalised on! A small investment would increase room rate 20-30%. Decent breakfast ! Regards

The hotel was in a great position. It was a little run down inside. The downside for us was not having a kettle. We asked reception but they wouldn’t give us one. Not very friendly reception
