The space
Peaceful. Paradise. This location is perfect for those needing to get away from it all! Cottontails, Jackrabbits, Quail, Hawks, Cardinals, Dove and other birds are daily visitors here! Quad and horse trails right off the property. Beautiful back roads that go on for miles and miles. Head over to the back side of the lake and you will have your own private beach to swim, BBQ and watch the sun go down or fish off the shore. Old abandoned mines, forgotten creeks and plenty of wildlife hides in this hidden jewel that people call Tonto Basin. Original home of both the Yavapai and Western Apaches! Early American settlers often referred to all natives in the region as the Tonto Apaches. Head over to the Tonto National Monument for a great learning adventure and hike to the cave dwellings. There is more to see than time will allow so hopefully you will keep coming back!

A nice espcape from the city
Property was nice and easy to find. Debbie was a great host and great with communication. Her property offers a wide variety of quiet spots from fire pit areas to a cute sitting area outside the trailer. There are also chairs to stargaze and chill. Trailer offered accomidations listed. She has a nice stock of cooking items. I would definitely recommend her space as a rental away from it all. The lake is only about 15 min drive away and payson is about 30-45 min.

Country Retreat
Be sure your car has high clearance because driveway is rocky and rough. There was no TV or cable. Quiet and restful.
