Staff were wonderful, but my room apparently had not been used in awhile so it was dirty, including a moldy buildup in the toilet. Also, the "fitness" room was filthy, had no towels, no water in the water cooler and no cups. Finally, free breakfast was ok, but lacking in variety and there is no where to get drinking water. You have to buy it! Sadly, I do not plan to stay at one of your hotels anytime soon 😞
