Loved: staff friendliness, welcome & helpfulness. And changed my room due to noise of hockey tournament guests. Selection of "to-purchase" snacks included several gluten free options + fruit popsicles! :-)". Awesome breakfast with care taken scrambled eggs were made dairy free. Room decor andnfunctionality really good! Only 3-star rating because: hallway of original room booking smelt like only a slightly less bad smell than the inside of a hockey bag (bad body ordour mixed with junk food grease) and the elevators didnt work well but I changed because or excessive noise including frequent door slamming. Though only between 8:30-9:30.pm I was there before going to a funeral the next day and was very sad / emotionally worn and needed quiet. The new floor/room was excellent!

Hotel was dirty, the room was clean, literal poop in the lobby. Unsure Its also a very VERY loud hotel next to a busy road. The walls are thin as well and while the staff tried to have a nearby room stop partying all night
