A very warm and welcoming hotel. We checked in quite late that night, around 10 PM, and the front desk told us there were no rooms available, so they transferred us to the Sheraton next door. By then it was already 11 PM, and my husband was hungry. The nearby Tim Hortons was closed, but I remembered we still had some takeout food in the car. When we brought it back to the room, we realized there was no microwave. We went downstairs to check the lobbies of both hotels and surprisingly neither had one. So we went to ask at the Best Western front desk. A female staff member called the Sheraton and explained that we had been transferred from their hotel, and that Best Western rooms usually provide microwaves. She kindly asked if Sheraton could also provide one for us. Shortly after, a staff member showed up at our room carrying a microwave. My husband finally got to eat. The service at Best Western made us feel truly cared for. We really appreciate everything they did. Highly recommended! 👍👍
