The hotel was fine but not as updated as I would expect for signs that say recently renovated. The multiple pools to choose from was fun and the spa quite nice. The surrounding area had many choices for meals which was great. The hotel restaurant was nice but not many options for children. Staff were hit and miss. I didn’t get an overall helpful vibe. We likely won’t stay here again but it served its purpose for this trip.

It was a great stay. The suites are very convenient. The only complaint is people running through the halls until 11pm at night. The swimming pools were super nice, mini vegas.

It was perfect for our Toronto trip. The washroom door was barn style which was not properly installed. It made it difficult to have privacy in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was clean updated and quiet. The staff was great and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

At first glance the staff at Best Western and the Sheraton were super friendly and accommodating, especially Vicky. Our stay was upgraded and because of everyone’s help we had the most comfortable stay. The only thing missing was a microwave in our room. Thank you, we will be back!
