I enjoyed my stay over the weekend. The facility is very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming . The shuttle service was excellent and convenient. The distance from the airport is great.

Arrived on Thursday evening and there was a very long line up to register. The front desk lady was nice and professional but there should have been an extra staff member to fill your 4 stations. I paid for a room with 3 people and only had 2 bath towels. I called housekeeping and left a message since they did not answer and never got an additional towel. We needed a bottle opener and no one could provide us with one. The mattress was not very comfortable. We were supposed to have 2 queen size beds and they were double. I paid for 2 nights of parking and could not get in the parking lot on my return from conference on Friday. When leaving Saturday morning, we also had a hard time with the gate to open for our vehicle.

Had wait a hr for extra towels got a room for 4 and only had 2 towels, pool was freezing so had to get extra blankets, asked for blankets at the reception she told us they would be sent to our room, called 45mins later and was told house keeping was closed and to come get them, Kids were screaming running up and down the hall, playing in the elevators and slamming doors, got no sleep. Check out is at 12pm, and had the cleaning lady knocking at the door at 9am to clean, She woke us up, Will never go back!!

Dated and could use a but more cleaning
The hotel did not meet expectations for the price. The airport shuttle service, shared with the Sheraton, was excellent, arriving on time and frequently. However, check-in was slow; although there were only three people in line, no staff was at the reception desk, and we waited five minutes before someone arrived to assist. The room was small, outdated, and had low ceilings—which I don’t typically mind—but the lack of cleanliness was disappointing. Dust covered the headboard, stains were visible on the head lamp, and dust had gathered on the vents. Despite booking for four people, the room was only stocked with two towels and two facecloths. This double room with two double beds could be much improved with a bit more care and attention, especially given the hotel’s higher rates compared to others in the area.

Arrived late early morning after midnight on the Oct 20, given room 527 one bedroom king bed, supper small room. Bathroom doesn’t seem been cleaned properly, There were mold in our showers and yellow stain that can be easily wipe on the sink. Not a good experience booked 3 night but stayed for 2.

This was just an overnight near the airport but the hotel was lovely, staff were really nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff in the dining room went out of their way to make sure everything was okay. And the price was reasonable. I would stay there again.

Hotel was clean & staff was great. Did have a bit of an issue with a noise complaint with kids being rowdy all throughout the night.. washroom was a bit of a weird angle to get into. Other than that, restaurant was lovely, and there’s many more in the area. Everything was nice.

Noisy stay
The hotel was very noisy, with girls hockey teams running up and down the hallways and banging on the doors. In my opinion, the teams should all be on one or 2 floors and family travelers should be kept on a separate floor. Our rooms were booked in advance to have it coordinated much better.
