We were in the city at thr same time as one of the Tayor Swift concerts and unfortunately we were scammed for our original planned stay. So we headed to the Royal York. Brad at reception was very kind and helpful.

Beautiful hotel at Christmas time! Experience was stellar overall - good restaurants, cocktails and food. Only (minor) complaints were the small dated bathrooms and thin walls, which meant I could hear doors slamming early in the morning.

Royal York Visit
We are repeat visitors to the Royal York and as usual we’re not disappointed. We were fortunate to arrive same day as the tree lighting and holiday kick off festivities. The hotel was a Christmas wonderland and the decorations all very tastefully designed. The room very comfortable and clean, we always feel safe. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub area and again very clean. We enjoyed the lobby bar to enjoy a few cocktails before the hockey game. The location is perfect, close to many amenities and Union Station across the road

The closeness to everything and the connection to the tunnels was perfect. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Loved the Nespresso coffee pods in the room. And the shampoo, conditioner and lotion were lovely.
