I have had the worst customer experience ever from this hotel. 1. the shuttle bus service is a joke and risks customers' safety. We have been waiting at the destined waiting spot for about an hour in the cold at the airport for the shuttle bus to come. After waiting about 50 minutes we made a call to the front desk and she replied: "We have absolutely no way to contact the shuttle bus! You should just wait there to see if anyone may come to pick you up." "If you dont want to wait,you can call a taxi." How dare the hotel open this service without knowing the contact of the shuttle bus???? I am beyond furious. 2. We have NOT had the housekeeping service for two days in a row. TWO DAYS. The front desk said we should have contacted the housekeeping ourselves. This is just ridiculous because we plan to stay at the hotel for about a week.The second day I told the house keeper please come later in about an hour because we just woke up and may leave in an hour. By the time when we were back to the hotel,no one did the house keeping job. So we were living with a full bucket of garage for two days!!! It also charged us the resort fee,saying it included shuttle bus service and a pool that was under construction. Stay away from this hotel.
