In the heart of the financial district everything is top notch, of course Tim Horton’s are close by. The hotel is impeccable large and well appointed. Beds are a dreamland, so comfortable and all amenities provided. Staff is attentive.

There was some confusion upon check-in regarding my four room reservation made through Expedia. Sarfaraz, the on duty manager, personally dealt with the situation and with the help of Natalia, the check-in receptionist, they beautifully solved the problem within a few minutes. downtown location great. property is tired. pool needs a revamp. rooms are old looking, get rid of carpet, update the bathrooms with showers, fix sticking doors.

Room was very clean and staff were very friendly. The room itself was only average. The room was very noisy with was seemed to be plumbing or water dripping which made for very interrupted sleeping conditions. Additionally we had booked a deluxe room but we’re provided a smaller option as they did not have deluxe rooms available. Stay was enjoyable but room was only average.

Good hotel stay

The hotel was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. We had no problems at all. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of many sites and restaurants. I would recommend.
