This is a beautiful Older hotel. The rooms were great. There was construction outside of the hotel, but this is Toronto! Hotel was very close to everything. Very reasonably priced.

I’m not sure what the VIP benefits were. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The windows weren’t sealed which meant the outside noise was very loud. The room was right by the elevator. The staff was friendly but the overall experience was not good.

Reception friendly. Hotel handy for the underground and city centre. Good sized room. Noisy road outside and underground trains can be heard in the bedroom. All-in-all, an okay stay.

Booked a room with 2 twin beds and upon arrival we had a room with 1 twin bed. The property listed parking available and staff wouldn’t assist with finding parking. Had to find parking in a parking garage that was a 6 minute walk to the property.

Hotel nice music in lobby Thursday nite was awesome. One towel rack that fell on the floor. No hooks on back side of bath door . No counter or shelf in bath for shave kit etc. great attention to daily staff clean up. Poor lighting in the room .

Small room for big price
Not Value for the huge price they charge. Room was very small, hard to believe it was the 18 sq meters they claim. Even the queen size bed felt smaller then ours at home. Great location but massively overpriced at least for the room we had. Thankful it was only one night.

The hotel was clean and had upscale decor, but the layout is fairly confusing on the first floor and our water pressure in the shower left something to be desired. I would stay here again - it was a good value and great location.
