The room was not as advertised. Room was was not well kept, mold in the window, wall paper is peeling back. When speaking the the concierge, they stated that all rooms are booked and offered 2 free breakfast for our family of four. At this point I requested a refund which they agreed to, but have to wait until this is processed through Expedia as I had prepaid on the site. I then went across the street and stayed at Sutton Place at 3 times the cost...but it was worth every cent!

Overall not a bad stay. The building and rooms are in decent shape but for some reason did not seem in line with other Hyatts I have been noting those tend to be in India and China which are typically newer and or modern in styling. Staff was friendly. Rooms could have been a bit brighter. Parking is a bit tricky as you need to park at the odd shaped circular entrance to get the parking pass before entering. The location is quite convenient with trams being near and walking distance to the CN Tower and if not too cold Saint Lawrence Market and Kensington Market. Bed was not that comfortable as there is no headboard and the blankets/pillows did not work the best for us. Overall it was a decent stay but would explore other options before staying again.
