Remote control for the TV didn't work(hd to tell reception three times before they figured iyt it was broken. Also, too much door slamming and other noise. Pillows were too small, Decent stay but will not book again.

Horrible experience as we booked a reservation that was confirmed only to get there and be informed that there was no room available and they were sold out. So i had to spend night outside because expedia was holding our reservation funds.

If your are looking for a slightly above average jail cell above a strip mall next to a bunch of warehouses to spend a couple of hours sleeping in before your next flight it’s fine, but in no way would I recommend this as a place to actually stay.

Great hotel - no issues whatsoever!
This was perfect for me as a layover stop. Clean and comfortable was what I was looking for and its perfect for that. The shuttle service to and from the airport was quick and the women on the front desk was polite and helpful. I asked for an extra pillow, no problem at all.! I'll be back for sure

To be honest, considering some other reviews for this property, we were a bit nervous, but it had really good rates and was convenient to where we needed to be, so we gave it a go. Pleasantly surprised - nice, clean, spacious, newly-renovated room, and great water pressure in the shower. The room just needed three things which it lacked: a holder for the toilet tissue rather than just leaving the rolls on top of the toilet tank, a mirror in the bedroom, and a Do Not Disturb sign to prevent housekeeping from knocking on your door in the morning. Also, the desk staff are quite cold to paying guests, rather than friendly and welcoming. However, I'd stay again if the price were right. I've experienced much worse!

I mean, i feel like it was falsely advertised. It’s a crappy two floor old office building converted into a hotel, and you will hate yourself the second you walk in. It kinda feels like youre in India (i am indian). My stay was fine. But i started getting a ton of whatsapp spam after. Not a coincidence. In fact - expedia should issue a warning

Property is not a hotel, the second floor of the building was converted to rooms. TV remote didn’t work from the bed so the receptionist told us to stand up real close to the TV to change the channel and to turn the volume you must do it on the TV itself, I told her this was not acceptable and finally gave us a different remote, however you still had to manually adjust the volume. Elevator is very old and dirty, there is no coffee machine in the room. Tiny rooms not the cleanest. Dog barking at 3:20 am for all to hear. I would NOT recommend this converted warehouse space pretending to be a hotel. The reception desk is for both car rental and hotel.

This was convenient after a long flight; it's a very basic, small, almost strip-mall hotel, with no in-room coffee (Subway is next door). There IS a microwave. Just know going in - if you need a quick sleep bring earplugs - small, tiled hallways and skylight windows on the 2nd floor to airplanes above.
