Great hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean. Not on a subway line and it's a bit of a walk to get to most things like the shopping district, but it is in walking distance of Rogers Center and Scotia Bank place though.

There was a problem with the key card access system when we checked in but the staff brought us to our room and ensured the process would be a seamless as possible given the work around. We also had a problem with the toilet which did not flush - the lobby staff was informed at supper time but a concierge was only sent when we reminded them around 11 pm. The rooms are clean, the location is very convenient and the breakfast at The View was delicious.

A super downfall was having no outlets or USB chargers by your bedside! View was terrible, pictures on the web make this hotel look a lot more modern than it is. We were disappointed with our choice of hotel, but that being said… it was in a convenient location, clean and the rooms were fairly soundproof. Was hoping a continental breakfast would be included, especially for the price we paid.

The hotel was great, our room had huge beautiful windows everywhere, everything was very clean and looked updated. There were a couple of little things that could use some improvement, the sink didn’t drain well, there were 2 burned out lights in the bathroom, the shampoo/conditioner/body wash holder was really loose, so you had to hold up the bottom when you tried to use the bottles, and the body wash was almost empty on day 1. But honestly, small things, and we will definitely stay again.

Love this Hotel
Very nice but room did not have the complimentary water or coffee and bathroom did not have the usual shower cap and lotion as in the past. They were very busy and still cleaning rooms on our floor when we arrived so I think it was over looked. Beds are super comfortable and pillows are amazing. Hotel was super clean and desk staff was very friendly. This will be our go to hotel when we visit Toronto.
