Poor service and provided false information.
When I booked I asked for an earlier check in so my children could get ready for the Taylor Swift concert, Instead the hotel was 30 minutes late getting my room ready I had a late check in @ 430 p.m. I was also told they upgraded my room but that was a lie.

My only beef with this property is that they can’t valet large SUVs. But it was cheaper to park one block done the road in the underground garage anyways! The staff was awesome. The room was clean. Great views. Easy walking distance to so many things. Will definitely stay there again.

Great stay near the Rogers Centre
We had a great stay here while in town for the Eras tour. Loved the extra touches the hotel provided to the fans. Also loved that it was only a five minute walk to the Rogers Centre. The bartender Randolph was exceptional and so thoughtful!

We stayed here while in town to see The Eras Tour. It is the perfect location to walk to Rogers Centre. The staff was very friendly. They had added extra Taylor Swift-themed details to the lobby and gave us friendship bracelet-making kids when we checked in. It was really fun!

THE BEST STAY EVER!
Valet personnel were amazingly helpful, eased our fears about leaving early the following morning. Front desk staff were incredible with storing our bags before check in. The patience and kindness that was given to all of us swifties as we invaded the city did not go unseen. The added Taylor touches in the lobby were so cute and appreciated.
