3 night family stay

The room was clean and space and bed was comfortable. We received a call from front desk shortly after checking in to inquire if everything was to our liking. We had identified as an FYI for the hotel, not really bothersome to us, that the toilet paper holder was not well attached. The front desk setup a preferred time for maintenance to have a look, but no one showed up. We identified again at checkout. Also of note, although not identified, was the drainage in all sinks and the tub was very slow. We enjoyed the convenience of the kitchenette and felt the pool was sufficient. Our request for extra linens was dealt with promptly. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

The room was lovely and the kitchenette was very fun to cook in with an adequate amount of kitchenware to cook with. Only unpleasant things were some dirt found on the top layer of the bed which was simple enough to remove but still a little gross and couldn't find a way to turn on the bathroom fan but apart from that we had a great time and enjoyed the comfort of the room.

Overall I was happy. Staffs were generally helpful. Reservation was a bit mixed up. Lobby was very nice hiwever 3rd floor carpets was worn out. Bathroom sink amenities need some fix.
