Overall, the hotel is well maintained and centrally located. Staff are friendly and efficient. My only complaint would be the noise. My room faced city hall and bells went off every hour and there are no restrictions to construction at night!!! I highly recommend wearing ear plugs for sleeping.

I was at your property for the redken fushion ( which was fantastic) from my understanding, your hotel provided the food, it was disgusting. The only thing I was able to have was the drinks. All the meals were cold and just not good. I wouldn’t say the food ever again. My room was very clean and that aspect was great. However the festival that was happening outside my window made it very difficult to get a good rest and the construction was very annoying. Not having a shuttle to the airport is very inconvient considering people are constantly going to and from. Breakfast was too expensive and didn’t look to be worth the money. For such an expensive and nice looking hotel I expected more.

The only restaurant to eat in was totally in the lobby. Noisy and dusty. As there was a marathon of 30,000 people in Toronto it obviously was crazy busy. Otherwise the lounge up high in the sky was a cost of $150.00 just to be there. Madness.

Front desk staff, bartenders and servers, housekeepers- all wonderful! Friendly and many helpful suggestions….I don’t know where we would have eaten if it wasn’t for Ayush! And we thoroughly enjoyed our time hanging out in the lobby and chatting with the bartenders and staff. The room was quiet and clean, the property is lovely and convenient to so many things!
