Room size and breakfast was good but property needs updates. Bathroom was terrible, shower head barely hanging on and only towels for 2 even though room accommodates 4. Pull out sofa was not usable as a bed, did not fit, and not at all comfortable, but kind of expected that. Pool was very dirty and not enjoyable. Not walkable but close to the GO station to travel into TO.

Room/suite was great; lots of room, felt comfortable and cozy. Bed was comfortable The staff were nice and friendly apart from the breakfast lady who was a bit rude The area is what made me dislike the hotel; nothing is within reasonable walking distance and it appears to be in the middle of nowhere Nothing to do near by so I assume that is why the hotel makes effort to host great events which is very unexpected but welcomed

This was a last minute planned stay and it was incredibly comfortable. A lot of amenities at our finger tips to use with friendly staff. But our favourite was the breakfast buffet. The food avaliable was delicious and fresh, everyone kept going back for more. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is a basic hotel that it a bit dated and in need of a refresh but it serves it purposes for us as a good base location for visiting Toronto, Niagara ect. The staff on the desk are polite and helpful we found it strange that house keeping would always take 4 towels away as four off us in the room but then only leave two new ones so we had to go get towels every day. For the full week we were there only one elevator was working which when you have a wheelchair uses and no choice but to use it was a little annoying to have to wait and then probably go to every floor. Breakfast was ok food quality was fine just got a bit boring as it is the same everyday. Pool is small but Ok for a quick dip after a long hot day out. Having free laundry to use on site was a bonus with power available to purchase from the front desk. So all in all of your looking for a place to stay while visiting that area that's convenient location and you not bothered about a 5 star hotel book in here.

We needed something halfway between downtown Toronto and Niagara Falls for my sons birthday, this hotel did not disappoint. Everyone was so nice and helpful, the hotel was quiet and clean and our stay as a whole was perfect.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet and clean. Only one elevator operating so sometimes slow during breakfast hours but not too bad. Hopefully the second elevator will be operational on our next visit. I would recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at Staybridge Suites Oakville, thanks to the exceptional staff who were consistently lovely, kind, and professional. The facilities were impressively clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment. However, a few small but noticeable issues impacted the overall experience and likely contribute to the hotel’s lower rating. Attention to detail in the room was lacking in some areas. For instance, the tissue box had only a few tissues left with no replacements provided. Although we reserved a suite for four people and paid extra, only enough towels for two were supplied. Additionally, while there were locked dispensers for hand soap and lotion by the sink, we found no soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the room. We may have overlooked them as we didn’t search extensively, nor did we contact the front desk to inquire. The blackout curtains, which were merely quarter decorative panels on the sides of the window, didn’t close fully, allowing morning light to stream in and disrupt sleep. Lastly, the suite’s living room went underutilized as the couch was uncomfortably hard. While the staff and cleanliness were highlights, these minor oversights detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Addressing these details could significantly elevate the guest experience.

Hi our stay was amazing/ Breakfast was one of the best i have had, the pool was heated which was great not to many places offer a heated pool that is actually heated. Social time was wonderful we meant some other guest from England and else where. that's a great idea and the food was delouses thank you. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The patio was wonderful and we enjoyed it. Great stay over all we idefinitely recommend others to stay there. We will also choose the Staybridge suites again. Keep up the great hospitality. .

The first room I was put in had such a strong perfume like smell too it, it was so over powering . I asked to change rooms and that took about 25 minutes for them to check other rooms… the room I got switched too was a lot better but the people in the room beside were super loud and we could hear people going in and out of their room all night and then at like 8 am after hardly sleeping the fire alarm went off because someone put bacon in a toaster . We keep giving this hotel a chance because it’s super convenient for us and the staff are incredibly friendly. But it’s super frustrating that other people ruin it for others. Staff should be watching cameras and watching people who are making excessive noise in the hallways
