Perfect neighbourhood downtown. Close to everything. Staff is genuinely fantastic. The jazz club has solid food and phenomenal service. Nice little patio outside. Will stay again any time I pass through Toronto.

It’s not the ritz and doesn’t pretend to be but it was clean, I was well looked after and it’s extremely good value for money in the area. Excellent location for seeing Toronto and the live music down stairs is great. Watched some phenomenally talented musicians for a cheap ticket price. Worth a visit even if you’re staying somewhere else!

It was fine. It was reasonably priced compared to most Toronto hotels. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is very well located. Unfortunately it is definitely in need of a renovation. The bathroom especially was very cramped and not in very good condition.
