That hotel satff were very helpful, and the hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was the increase in the room rate and fees without notification. I was very disappointed to be hit with a bill that was over $200 more than I expected.

While the hotel itself was very clean, there were consistent loud noises (elevator hardware and AC maybe?) throughout the day and night. In addition i was told multiple time that the dining area was closed despite seeing many people sitting down eating.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay! It was quiet, the staff were helpful, and we had options for many services. Some areas of improvement could be repositioning the fridge so that it is not right by the door when entering the room, fixing the elevator (we would wait ~10 seconds after reaching our floor before the doors opened), and a warmer pool (it was too cold to swim in despite it being a warm day). But overall our stay was nice, thanks!

The mid.-elevator was out of order and it was difficult to get on with luggage and over crowding. Was told our receipt would be mailed to us. After 6days after check-out I had to play phone tag with the hotel , manger Jean was able to send out one immediately but the charges were incorrect. We had to play phone tag some more as the messages |I left and and emails were not answered/ Jean was straighten it out after the 8days past.

Lack of cleaning service
Stayed for 4 nights. Didn’t get the room cleaned despite we put the sign “REFRESH” at the door. Out of the 4 nights, we got the room cleaned once, asked the cleaning lady the next day. Her reply was “Sorry. Short of staffs, some called sick.”. We said that’s not our problem and would like to have the room cleaned daily. Cleaning lady replied “ok, will put a note for the cleaning lady to our room”…yet it was not done. We came back from our daily tour, the room was not done. We have to go to Front Desk to request towels, coffee packs, coffee creams, cups, etc. It’s a nice looking hotel. Unfortunately, service was not there. Tried to call ZERO for Operator, it can ring for 15min and no one picked up. Left a message to the Manager on duty’s voicemail. No feedback.
