Not the greatest stay. Staff seemed unorganized unable to follow thru Words a fan that made a lot of noise every time heat turned on. Bad for sleeping. Had to remove toilet hood to get it to flush/stop running. When we arrived we could not check in despite having a reservation / we went to bar and paid 88 dollars for 4 drinks. Place has had better management and days before

Although the overall experience was good I am incredibly disappointed regarding my stay. It was my partners birthday and I called ahead to ask if I could drop off champagne and items for the room. The items were left in a box on the desk when I had confirmed it would be opened and nicely presented for when we arrived to the room. After confirming two times that this would be taken taken of I was very disappointed to see just a box on the counter
