Dog friendly hotel, staff are polite & happy to help with anything you may need. Lots of coach trippers but good fun and great entertainment. Second time staying.

Our room was clean and tidy, decor a little dated though. More beds than we thought, TV, kettle etc in there. Staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. Hotel is right in the heart of Torquay. Only fault lift is slow ha ha too lazy for stairs.

Very run down property. Bed uncomfortable and no option to have kingsize bed. Had to clean the bath before using to remove the scumline. Brick wall views out both windows . Asked to move rooms but the one offered was even worse and was only one night. Bonus was it vry close to princess theatre .

Very outdated. Not very clean. Definitely needs some work doing to whole hotel. It’s very much a hotel populated by the elderly. Entertainment every night we were there which was nice. Breakfast was poor. Staff were lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay here centre of town buses on hand hotel staff lovely people our rooms were clean and kept tidy entertainment in the evening and if you felt like a chat there was other nice people staying there
