Staff was very welcoming and friendly informative. Pool and jacuzzi were open 24/7. Towels available. Beach 1 block away for scenic walk either left or right on boardwalk. Breakfast was decent. Would stay there again.

Sadly we had to do our stay in 2 bookings as hotel was busy and our 1st room had a bad smell which I believe was from drainage , we had a view of the street with loud roadworks going on that was extremely noisy which was not told at time of booking 😥

Beautiful, relaxed vibe. So convenient to get to Calle San Miguel and the train station. A few blocks up from sea front. Excellent location. Breakfast was delicious - many choices. Would definitely stay here again!!

We planned a nice romantic meal at the Sky restaurant for our anniversary but there were 11 raucous men in the Jacuzzi at 8pm (bachelor party even though we lead to believe the jacuzzi would be closed at 7pm) this made our dinner arrangements impossible and we chose to leave. The staff were very understanding and apologetic. The hotel staff and amenities were wonderful and we shall definitely come again.

A bit overpriced
Staff were very helpful and friendly, but that didn't compensate for lack of options for breakfast, small pool, overpriced drinks in the rooftop bar (perhaps that's why it was half empty) and not a single space for parking, not even for luggage drop off.

My family and I had the most amazing time at the Essence Hotel Boutique! The hotel was like something out of a dream. Our room was super stylish and comfy, with the coziest bed ever. The pool area was our favorite spot – it was so relaxing to chill there and soak up the sun. The food was delicious too! We loved trying all the different dishes. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help. They made us feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and unforgettable family vacation!
