Inexpensive place, average sheets, towels and amenities. You have to pay extra for key in order to get a safe in your room, which we found was very strange. Good breakfast, if you can dine in, they won’t go above and beyond to give you early breakfast if you have to leave earlier than 8 am.

Was expecting a room with a balcony. I think I would have gotten one except I booked through Expedia so the hotel may have deprioritized customers buying from 3rd party sites. My room was under the pool in the low rise block, so quite a lot of road noise as well. Walls between rooms were paper thin, can hear EVERYTHING next door, even conversations. Breakfast buffet was reasonable, had lots of variety.

Luis was really helpful and very cheerful, happy so serve any guest. Was nice seeing someone who loved his job. Checking out though was not as friendly. The lady wasn’t friendly and couldn’t get rid of me any quicker. BUT that didn’t upset my holidays and my stay.

Center of town, easy bus ride to Gibraltar or Marbella for a day trip from the nearby bus stop. A lot of great restaurants, shops, and nightlife, close enough to everything but quiet enough to rest, the view from the front Seaview balcony was amazing and room very clean

Easy location about 300 to 400 feet above the beach, both stairs and roads. We walk the road to see the 1920's Moroccan stylehous a d a large mural. We found the lift to return, but walk the shopping to the left, which connect yo easy stairs and mre shops leading to downtown. Breakfast bruch was easy. No resaraunt. But the deck told us about gear itaian pizza place locals use. Super meal with 2 ponys of beer a d mosarala/tomatoe salid all for 28 Euros. Plan dinner asthere not much around other than pizza, closed mondays. Outsta di g sea view from our 10th floor balcony. We eat a quick dinner on monday with beer from the local market to next the hotel

checkin was person cojld use some custumer service skill, a bit rude for my taste. at 8pm a water pipe broke near our room and they were working on trying to stop the water. at 9:30pm we went to front desk to ask we wanted to change room due to noise of the repair. they told us to come back at 11:30pm, not acceptable to us. After pushing them they agreed to change our room. Again customer service was not great. grat pool but not enogh chairs for their client, which is ashame sine they have the room for the additional chairs. breakfast is great and room are very nice, just bad custumer service.

This is a great no frills place, modern, clean and well located for the city centre. Prepare to trek around 15 minutes up and down some stairs to get to the beach. The staff are super helpful, I'd stay again.
