The overall stay was great, welcoming receptionist, spacious rooms. Did not eat breakfast. You pay for parking, but its not so expensive for short stay. If you are handicapped it may be bothersome to check in as there is no parking to get directly to front desk (before you have carpark access), and you should park in underground level of carpark to have direct access to an elevator to take you to your floor. Long walk with some light stairs, a couple of steps... to lobby elevator if you dont park underground. For handicapped a couple of stairs can be a bigger deal...The laundry facilities were very convenient and easy to access, right by elevator underground in carpark. Enjoyed kebab place right down the street and grocery store is also walking distance.

Hotel was very close to airport, super clean, staff very friendly and close to transportation. The kitchen was a plus. I will stay there again.

The smell in the bathroom was simply toxic and unbearable. I am not an expert, but I think therntite bathroom was moldy under the tiles. It was also really difficult to open the main door to the room (and I am a big man).

The staff were super nice and welcoming and were always around. However the place itself was very dirty and the sheets, etc were not clean. They had hair and other displays of not being clean. The shower and toilet floor are together, so when you shower the entire floor will be wet. The kichenette was nice and they had little bicuits, instant coffee and tea.

Adequate is a good word to describe - had everything I needed to stay for one night before going t the airport. Cooked my own food (knives were super dull) without issues, parking was easy and underground. If you are a ight sleeper, as for a room that does not face the main street, I am and had to use noise-cancelling headphones.

unexpected bathroom
The bathroom was without any platform just a curtain, so when we were taking a shower, the water was flooding all the bathroom. The room was in the ground floor, it was a little bit noisy and if we opened the blinds all the people from outside could see us.

The hotel was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. There was underground parking that was easy to access. Also, a washing machine was available which was a plus.The staff was very helpful. The hotel is on a busline which made it easy to visit Toulouse. Not many restaurants in the area. We would stay again if in the area.

You should not charge customers to park in your outdoor parking lot. I was very disappointed to learn that I had to pay 8 € per day to park my car. Previously, this was not your policy.
