Most the staff members were awesome, super kind and helpful. There was one person, however, who just constantly seemed like he didn’t want to be there at all, which was reflected upon us in his service that dragged the experience down. Other than that, the property offered great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay.

The property had not been cleaned properly in any of the rooms. The walkways were very slippery in the rain as they weren't covered.

Given disabled room & not advised. Shower curtain too small. Water ends up running across the floor towards the door. Nowhere to put anything in bathroom - one tiny shelf. Nowhere to hang clothes in the room. Only one chair. Not enough parking. Good aircon. Reasonable bed.

Well meaning staff but management has set it and forget it. I had the worst salad of my life there and the hotel seems to be sticky. The room was nicely appointed and the lovely reception girl carried my bag upstairs.

Not a resort and misleading photos
This place is not a resort in my view it's a pub with rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms are around the bar, so it's noisy until 10 pm midweek. I would not stay here again. The photo of the pool is not accurate. They have airbrushed out all of the rooms that are at the back and the other side of the pool is the pub bar. Misleading and poor advertising at its best.

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were lovely and friendly and the room was good! Love the pool area and the property’s location as it’s close to everything. Only little problem we had was that the air conditioner wasn’t working very well in our room which we didn’t discover until we went to bed late at night after an event we attended. It still worked but just didn’t get very cold.

Great place to stay, was only there for one night but it is a great location near the Strand. Great dining and bar facilities. Rooms were clean and tidy with motel information and menus in rooms. Really liked the convenient car parking, is a bit tight but very handy to hotel, with cctv. Will definitely stay again.

Photos really are deceiving, looks like an oasis - it’s an old backpackers with a few new cushions and a couple of prints. Rooms are small and have no power points to use, have to unplug fridge or light to access a free one. Noisy, but that’s location. Can’t open curtains, as no nets to cover people looking completely inside the room from outside as they walk by your room. Very basic, and pretty average.

Lovely resort with great facilities and dining options. Staff were helpful and exceptionally friendly. Great location with secure parking. Villa itself is a little run down. Air conditioners don’t work very well so it was quite uncomfortable in that respect however the villa provided ample space for our family with multiple beds, showers and toilets. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay, thank you.

Really excellent property and would definitely stay there again. The location couldn’t be better, the pool and restaurant on level 3 was lovely, as was the breakfast and coffee downstairs. The room was a good size and the bed was quite comfortable. The shower was a little strange with the water flowing underneath the door to a central drain in the bathroom but wasn’t an issue at all. The staff were lovely and couldn’t fault their service. Highly recommended!
