O hotel é bom, os funcionários da recepção são educados, contudo, o serviço de quarto foi péssimo. Nota zero. Eu separei o que era lixo e ainda assim a camareira Jessica assumiu que algo que não era lixo era lixo e jogou fora. Por conta disso, tive uma pessima impressão do hotel. Isso invalidou toda a minha boa experiencia do hotel . Não recomendo deixar nada sem chave ou mesmo o serviço do quarto por ser extremamente desqualificado e jogar fora pertences dos hóspedes.
