You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 21 December - 9 January, EUR 3.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.

• Cleaning fee: EUR 25 per accommodation, per stay (varies based on unit and length of stay)

• Nearby parking fee: EUR 6 per day(49 ft away; open 24 hours)
• Pet fee: EUR 15 per accommodation, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping fee: EUR 50 per week
