This stylish, coastal farmhouse has been recently renovated and furnished with new appliances, furniture and amenities. One step leads you to the main entrance of this spacious, open concept two-level home, where you enter into the bright and roomy living room. Fully stocked kitchen leads you into the heart of the house into the dining room, where its dining table comfortably seats up to 8 guests. The main floor also offers a large living room with a fireplace and beautiful natural light, a multi-purpose 5th bedroom/den, a half bathroom, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, 65" smart TV and a spacious walk-in closet. This suite is also ideal for brides-to-be, offering a serene space to prepare for the big day.
Bedroom 2 has a second king bed with plenty of closet space.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, a desk and plenty of closet space.
Bedroom 4 has twin bunks.

The den serves double duty as a 5th bedroom or a dedicated work space. Tucked in a corner close to the living room on the main level, the den is convenient yet private. It offers a Queen sleeper sofa and a roomy table with chairs and window bench. This room is perfect for someone who prefers not to take the stairs and is the perfect dedicated work space for pesty Zoom calls.

The living room also offers a Queen sleeper sofa to accommodate guests.

Bathrooms

The home is equipped with 2.5 bathrooms, so there’s no need to fight for bathrooms when you’re getting ready to head out for the day or your big event.

Kitchen/Dining Room

The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to enjoy a lovely breakfast, a gourmet brunch, or burgers on the grill! Stainless steel appliances, microwave, blender, toaster oven are just the beginning, along with essential spices and oils. Your essential coffee/tea station with a hybrid Keurig to make a pot for 12 or just for one will make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible. Relax in the spacious and sunlight living room with serene views of the evergreen trees and waning sunset after a day of adventure and exploration. It features a comfy sectional sofa, a 60” Smart TV, a cozy gas fireplace and a collection of board games that everyone will love. With stools that slide out from underneath, the coffee table transforms into a convenient spot for a laptop or game central for gin rummy or team puzzles.

Enjoy dining alfresco as the sun sets to the west just beyond a field of evergreen trees. Grill to your heart's content and chill out around the firepit with smores for dessert.
